Podcast: Let’s Keep Believing

5th May 2025

It was an all-round run of discouraging results for Fulham this weekend as the race for a Conference League continues to rage on. Fulham lost 1-0 to an impressive Aston Villa side away at Villa Park which possibly was always a result to be expected but all the same, disappointing.

George is joined by Ben Jarman, host of the Fulhamerica podcast, and Joe Gunning, making his Fulhamish debut. In part one, they look at Silva’s changes to the starting XI against Villa, consider the substitutions and descent to ten men, and reflect on a run of poor performances from Fulham.

In part two, they answer some of your listener questions. Do Fulham need another year to grow before they are ready for Europe? Should Adama be starting rather than coming on as a sub? How important does Brentford away now look?
