Nottingham Forest 2-3 Fulham - The look back
Nottingham Forest 2-3 Fulham
It was a tale of five devastating minutes at the City Ground, as the Whites continued their blistering start to this campaign.
Three second-half goals from Tosin, Palhinha and Harrison Reed - his first for the club - saw us take control of the game after we went in 1-0 at the break.
The win was made even more impressive because of the defensive tweaks Marco Silva was forced into making. With Antonee Robinson still not march fit, Tim Ream continued to show his class, slotting in on the left as Issa Diop came in for his full debut alongside Tosin.
Another commendable full debutant came from Willian. The Brazilian came in and showed that he’s not a fading light, and delivered the corner that Tosin got on the end of for our first.
Palhinha’s strike on the edge of the box was a thing of beauty, and the Portuguese midfielder cemented his cult hero status by diving into the crowd to celebrate with the travelling Fulham Faithful. Sadly, it got him his fifth yellow of the season and he’ll miss Newcastle after the break.
Then came the moment of the match. Harrison Reed got his first for Fulham, finishing a BDR ball to wrap up the points, despite a late Forest second.
The result gives us our second-best Premier League start after 2003/04, when we ultimately finished ninth under Chris Coleman. Enjoy the break!

First time we've scored 3 away from home with fans since Palace 4-1 in 2013.
