The White Board: Passes, Presses, Palhinha

12th September 2022

With Fulham’s derby against Chelsea postponed due to the death of Queen Elizabeth II, we decided to bring you something a bit different on the podcast.

This is a special, podcast version of ‘The White Board’, a regular show on our YouTube channel between Dan Cooke and Ben Jarman, where they break down Fulham’s tactics and style of play.

In this episode they look at Marco Silva’s transformation of this side from Championship strollers to Premier League pressers, with a particular focus on the roles that Joao Palhinha and Tim Ream have had to play to ensure a smooth transition.
