Hull 0-1 Fulham - The look back
Hull 0-1 Fulham
It’s gritty wins on the road like this that are the hallmarks of champions.
Despite miserable conditions and a spirited first half performance from the home side, the Whites left the KCOM Stadium with all three points on the weekend, thanks to Mitro’s record-equalling 31st goal of the season.
It came off his bonce in the second half thanks to a wonderful assist from loaner Neco Williams - his second in successive games.
The goal takes our Serbian king level with Ivan Toney’s total from last term, with 16 games left to play. All eyes will now turn to Guy Whittingham’s second-tier record of 42, and you’d not bet against Mitro this term.
It’s a week’s rest now ahead of Huddersfield on Saturday. The lads have earned the break. You Whites.
