I was sort of happy in a way to see the older Palace supporters when they finally won a proper trophy (2 in the end). I was envious too. My old Dad never got to see us win a substantial trophy. I'm in my later 50s and am hoping I may see it before my toes curl up. Lol.
Was very much there at the final against Bologna when Junichi scored the hat-trick! It was a great night, but it wouldn't even come close to winning either the League Cup or FA Cup.
