Seems to me he has some value to the club for him to still be there, but clubs require a dynamic leader to keep teams progressing. You would think Shad would want a CEO who can adapt to the situation and not a CEO stuck to their own agenda.

That AliMac has lasted this long is amazing. He was behind the early disastrous manager selections when the Khans took over.
