Personally, if I were him I would head into the sun. How he must look at a team like Palace and the recruitment process they have in place. TK and Co are amateurs in comparison. I really believe Marco loves the club but he's nearly 50 and probably wants to test himself with a club that properly supports him. Trusting the Khans with recruitment is like trusting a pyromaniac with a box of matches.

If you talk to Palace fans they have the same disdain for their transfer policy, Uche has not pulled trees up and other than Wharton and La Croix over the 3 years the other signings have been bang average. Glasner has been publicly vocal about his lack of players, he thinks the squad is too small.

Marco made nice noises after the Khans visit but I think it’s pretty clear he wants to see 2-3 thro the door in Jan and not Feb 1st. If they do I believe he signs on the dotted line

Well, they look far stronger in many areas than us. So if their transfer policy is weak, what does that make ours?

The policy that Marco has complained about continuously since he arrived. Disjointed, late and ineffective.

I fully understand Marco's reluctance to publicly discuss his personal decisions. We now live in such an impatient world where nobody wants to wait for anything. He has a contract and has no reason to tell the public his plans. It's his business. Personally I hope he stays but right now I'm more concerned how we're going to cope over the festive period without our Nigerian A B C.

Substitutions that reflect what ought to have been the starters is not really game management but more a correction.

Tony Khan came up 1 striker short - although the Swede has Bayern support - but over the last three years have improved the Club in all positions. The big problem is playing a Championship avoidance mindset rather than an European charge.

Someone once said that the best defence was a good offence. Playing a right-footed player on the left wing and a left-footed player on the right wing channels play centrally and is actually easier to defend. IMO.

Thx Alex. I wont believe that Marco's contract is the reason we have lost so many games from an either winable position or not shown up against teams we should just beat or draw. Last season we had an opportunity to get to Europe and blew it. Is that deliberate? I doubt it. Marco has flaws within all his brillance. Palace game in point wtf with those subs! Whether he stays at Fulham or leaves he will need to work on those or these issues will follow him. 2 record signings in recent seasons and consistantly good players added have offered him something to work with. Injuries are not planned and we know we need some fwd options. Bring on this nest window and sees what happens. Marco you have a job to do.
