I've been one of the biggest moaners of late, and not sure I'll ever be convinced Arbeloa is the right man. Part of me wants us to get hammered to help expedite his exit, even if it means entering the managerial wastelands. But...
A bigger part of me just wants Fulham to do well regardless. This game scares me, but if some sensible tactical and personnel changes are made, we do have enough about us to give Liverpool a game, and to come away from Anfield with any points would be a beautiful thing.
Against palace great interplay with iwobi supplying from midfield ,but the left side where I'm S/T holder the gaping hole just waiting for a ball over the top so many times with gay abandon to boot .thankfully I'm not at L.pool Sunday also it's not a TV game as well.
Positive is he's got us really most touches in the box and 1 touch football and i love it.
If you play 3 CHs , 2 DMs , 2 WBs , that only leaves a three man attack. Who are they? I assume the 2 WBs push forward and the 2 DMs cover the defence?
Generally speaking, yes. The idea is to broadly maintain a 5+ 5 split (see JCs article on rest defence). So if both WBs are up, the CMs should hold back to cover. Or at least 1 of them (who ideally needs to be Palhinha type).
With Sess and Kevin the left side could be fixed. But they are not his imports!
Still interesting that Kevin hasn’t played a full 90 for us yet…

COYW!!!
Your wish came true! I am also convinced that AA isn’t the answer, and the squad might have taken it upon themselves to adjust.

Shame they make relagation at bottom.
We looked much better with Iwobi wide this weekend, better balance in midfield.

Yes, this would generally be the approach, with CB’s splitting/moving wider to cover the ground.
