Really interesting. Not sure if it’ll work, but I agree playing two number 6s in Berge and Lukic really dampens the attack. And their attacking stats are quite poor for the quality players they are. If Silva is a world class coach (which I think he is) he should be able to figure this out without a new signing. But we would benefit from the signing of attack minded players. Interesting idea. I agree that we should have some more creativity and movement in the central midfield against teams that are happy to let Fulham have the ball. Iwobi instead of Berge or Lukic would be very interesting to see. I think that when Robinson is firing on all cylinders again, the left side attack will look better.
There was a short spell last season with Nelson on the left and Iwobi in the 8. Think that's where he initially lined up when he scored 2 goals against Brighton last season.
