Looking down rather than up is a self-fulfilling mindset that has hampered us in the last two campaigns. Seemingly, once we are save we deflate.

The fear of relegation - twice in 6 years - is a numbing sensation; yet courage dictates we strive for Champions League form. And barring signing another striker (hopefully next month) we are already there - especially considering this year's table.

We need to start matches on the front foot as opposed to waiting until the 70th minute to substitute out our losing defensive structure [eg. a leftie on the right-wing | a rightie on the left-wing thus going backwards when challenged]. Last game we did start offensively but before we gained a winning scoreline we went possum. Huh!
